1. Who we are

Weifang Jinli Trading Co., Ltd. is a China-based food packaging supplier and trading company. Our public business location is Kuiwen District, Weifang, Shandong Province, China. Privacy contact: gaozihan1718@outlook.com.

2. Information we collect

Our Meta purchasing form asks for your purchasing role, company name, required products, estimated quantity (which may be “to confirm”), receiving country and city, and WhatsApp number with country code. We may receive form/ad identifiers and submission time. Detailed specifications and reference images are not required initially. You may provide materials, sizes, capacity, images, contact name and delivery requirements during later WhatsApp discussions. Please do not provide unrelated sensitive information.

3. How we use information

We use your details to clarify purchasing requirements, match products and factories, assess supply feasibility, prepare quotations and follow up through WhatsApp. An enquiry does not confirm availability, MOQ, price, delivery, certification, performance or acceptance of an order. Other material requests are assessed separately. Your enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.

4. Sharing with factories

When requesting factory quotations, we provide product requirements, specifications, quantities and destination details. By default we do not provide your name, company name or WhatsApp number to factories. If sharing those details becomes necessary, we will first inform you and obtain the appropriate authorisation.

5. Storage, access and backups

We maintain our purchasing ledger in computer spreadsheets. Meta and WhatsApp also retain related enquiry records. Email is not used as our purchasing ledger; the email address below is provided for privacy requests. Within our business, only the owner is authorised to access enquiry records and may handle them in China. Meta and WhatsApp process information through their own services under their applicable policies. We have not established whether cloud backups or synchronised copies exist and cannot promise complete deletion of all backups. We do not claim that all records are stored in a single country or protected by a particular technical measure.

6. Retention

We retain records of unsuccessful enquiries for 12 months from the last meaningful communication. We do not delete them immediately when an enquiry ends. At the end of that period, we review and clear information that is no longer needed. Order records are managed separately and retained according to applicable requirements. Records held in Meta and WhatsApp are also subject to the retention and deletion processes of those platforms. We do not promise immediate or complete removal of every platform copy or backup.

7. Your choices

Contact gaozihan1718@outlook.com to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information or to stop further follow-up. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements and any obligation to retain transaction records.

8. Scope

This notice covers Meta purchasing enquiry forms and related sourcing follow-up. It does not describe unverified cookies, analytics or payment processing on the existing company website. This independent static page contains no enquiry form, analytics script or tracking code added by us. If hosted later, the hosting platform may process technical request information under its own policies.
